FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is such a thin case really protective?

Yes. Slimcase cases are made from our exclusive Armour Max™ material, ultra-slim yet drop-tested at these heights:

• Classic, Pro: 1.2 m

• Unique, ECHO: 1.8 m

• Sport, Duo: 2.5 m

• Rex, Rover, Standout: 3 m

Want a slim, crystal-clear case? Choose Unique or Duo.

Need maximum protection? Choose Rex, Rover or Standout.

Will the case turn yellow over time?

Never. Our exclusive Armour Max™ material keeps your case as clear as day one, no matter how long you use it. If your case yellows during the warranty period, we’ll replace it for free.

Does the case protect my screen?

Slimcase cases protect the back, edges and camera module. For complete protection, pair it with a Slimcase Screen Protector. It fits perfectly with our cases, with no edge lifting.

Do Slimcase cases support MagSafe?

Yes. Cases labeled MagSafe have a built-in magnetic ring that snaps securely to MagSafe chargers, wallets, car mounts and charging docks.

Non-MagSafe versions still support wireless charging and light magnetic attachment, but the hold is weaker. We don’t recommend them for car mounts or hanging charging docks.

Can I use the case with a camera lens protector or PPF skin?

It depends on the type of camera protector:

• Compatible: individual lens protectors (separate rings for each lens), like Slimcase Camera Lens Protectors.

• Not compatible: protectors that cover the whole camera module, and PPF skins. Slimcase cases fit snugly with precise camera cutouts, so these will stop the case from fitting properly.

Find lens protectors for your phone at Slimcase Camera Lens Protector.
